Yes, we have a $100 non-refundable deposit fee. (This fee will be deducted from your final payment.)

We offer a full refund for up to 45 days before your event / check in. There is a 50% refund for 16-44 days prior to the event. No refunds 0 - 15 days prior to the event.

Unfortunately, it is not. In order to access the space, you’ll need to walk up a set of stairs.
