    Centrally located in downtown Waseca, Minnesota, this minimally designed space with natural light surrounding it is within walking distance to everything Waseca has to offer.

    Just over 2,500 square feet, Second Story offers an indoor charm meets rooftop experience that makes for an incredibly relaxing + inspiring event and/or stay.

  • STAY.

    Not only can host a magical event, but this space offers the ability to stay the entire night. We have thoughtfully designed it for up to 10 people to comfortably say.

  • Yes, we have a $100 non-refundable deposit fee. (This fee will be deducted from your final payment.)

  • We offer a full refund for up to 45 days before your event / check in. There is a 50% refund for 16-44 days prior to the event. No refunds 0 - 15 days prior to the event.

  • Unfortunately, it is not. In order to access the space, you’ll need to walk up a set of stairs.

  • This space is available for rent 24/7, 365 days a year.
