The rental fee includes:
- Use of space
- 8+ tables
- 40+ chairs
- Bar stool chairs
- Separate, small bar space
- Small fridge
- Small storage space
- Lounge furniture
- Use of fireplace
- Use of TV for entertainment or as a presentation device
NOTE: bathrooms are located on the 1st floor. There are 16 total steps from the 1st floor to The Event space.
**** The Event rental fee includes everything as-is. Any extras, upgrades, etc. are additional.

Additional fees include:
- Event planning + set up and takedown
- Catered food and beverages (including alcohol) from The Bar on Main
- Renter acknowledges that there is a $25/hour cleaning fee PER hour rented if the full cleaning policy is not adhered to.
